It all started when…
I was standing in the kitchen, one Saturday a little over 5 years ago and I thought, “I wonder how hard it is to cook ribs? I like ribs.”
Since then, we’ve been practicing. Both at making really fun barbecue and making friends in the process.
Starting in March 2017, we are launching Paul’s Rib Shack Barbecue – Food Truck Edition!
We launched at the Arts & Humanities Council’s Live and the Lakefront in March, and have been keeping really busy since.
